When to Replace Your Hair Extensions

Hair extensions don't last forever. With proper care they can last up to 1 full year.

Here are some signs to look for that will give you a good indication that it's time to replace your extensions soon!

1. Tangling and Matting

-If your hair extensions are consistently tangling and matting, even after thorough brushing and care, it might be a sign that they have reached the end of their lifespan.

2. Visible Damage

-Check your extensions for split ends, fraying, or unraveling at the top of the weft seam

3. Shedding / Loss of volume

-If your extensions are shedding more than normal or are feeling stringy and thin, it's time for new ones!

I will always try to give you a heads up of at least 2 move ups before you need new hair so you can plan accordingly!
