Cancellations and No Shows

Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours notice. Anything less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service price.

No shows will be charged the entirety of the service price.

Last minute cancellations (cancellations done in less than 48 hours) will be charged 50% of the service price.

It should also be noted that some services require non-refundable deposits.

This policy is in place to ensure that your time and my time is respected. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice cannot be filled in time to take a new client.

Children

We understand that circumstances arise with childcare, but in order for us to maintain a relaxing and safe environment we ask that you please leave your children at home.

No refunds for services or products purchased.
